Note: This course has been set up for Culinary/Hospitality students to study in Florence, Italy in SU26. Classes will be held at the Norseman, HSF Kitchen, and Florence University of the Arts (FUA). It includes both pre-trip and post-trip events that are required for the course. You must be accepted into the study away program first before you can register. You will also need to have a passport that is valid for at least 6 months beyond the course completion date.
