Note: This course is designed for new and prospective DVC students interested in pursuing careers in health. Students will be required to engage in clinical diagnostic and therapeutic practices and work with laboratory equipment and materials. Class field trips will be organized to local sites related to course topics. This course is open to all, but is particularly appropriate for high school students entering 10th, 11th, or 12th grade in the fall term. Note: Section 9230 is designed for new and prospective DVC students interested in pursuing careers in health.
